Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly email us at support@zorlux.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as undergarments or customized products, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure you check the product details before making your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

How to Return or Exchange a Product

  1. Contact our support team at support@zorlux.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  3. Pack the item securely, using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the product to our return address at:
    Zorlux Returns Department
    E-2/10, 3rd floor, Sector 85, Faridabad, Haryana
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as above. Once we receive the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer you an alternative product of equal value.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zorlux.com with a detailed description and images of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
