Order Processing Time
All orders placed on Zorlux are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Locations
Zorlux currently ships to all major cities and towns across India. We are working towards expanding our shipping network to reach more locations. If your delivery address is in a remote area, please allow additional time for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our logistics partner’s website.
Undelivered Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or if the package is not claimed by the customer, we will attempt to contact you. Any re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer. If we cannot reach you, a refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or other disruptions may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed about the status of your order and do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
International Shipping
At present, Zorlux does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within India. Stay tuned for updates as we plan to expand our services to international markets soon.
